The Nassau County Village Officials Association represents the 64 incorporated villages that are located in Nassau County (Long Island), NY. These village have over 431,000 residents and countless businesses that they service 365 days a year.

COMMUNITY LAND TRUST HOUSING
Community Land Trust Housing is a relatively new concept of "Affordable Housing" to Long Island. While successful in other parts of the United States, it is now only being presented as another option to curb the loss of young Long Island professionals who can not afford to live in this area.
